I researched places for my 9 month old for her first appointment and this place had great reviews. After visiting, I can see why! My daughter actually had fun, and everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and joyful. First, for a 9 month old, it was a quick and simple appointment. They asked a couple questions about how we take care of our baby‘s teeth, such as do we brush, does our toothpaste have fluoride or not? Then as the parent my baby sat on my lap facing me with her legs around me, and the dentist sat across from me so we were knee to knee and could lay my baby down into her lap so she could see in her mouth. It was a quick 30-60 seconds with a brushing teeth, checking gum/tongue/teeth health, and a quick swipe of fluoride. Right after they pulled out bubbles, so when my daughter started to be done, she was happy and distracted. From start to finish, everyone was so kind and sweet. My baby was given a rubber duck to play with and keep, and the hygienist even washed it when it fell to the ground. They put Bluey on the screen on the ceiling for her, and offered any show we might want to watch. At the end we took a sticker for her scrapbook. Even the experience booking

I’m beyond happy with the care my daughter received while having a couple of baby teeth extracted! Dr. Neda and the entire team made both of us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything in a calm, reassuring way that wasn’t overwhelming for a nervous little one. My daughter left the appointment with a smile on her numb little face and literally skipped out the door! We’re so grateful for such a positive experience, and I will always trust Dr. Neda with my children’s dental care. ❤️

Today we had a scheduled dental appointment for my daughter Emily, and everything was at the highest level. The whole visit was very professional, kind, and easy to understand. Everything was explained clearly, and an interpreter was arranged for us through a tablet, for which I am very grateful. You also completed the document we needed for school, which was very helpful. My child was calm, comfortable, and happy throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism you provided — definitely 5 stars out of 5! The waiting room was wonderful as well. Emily was able to play and was happy while waiting for the dentist. Thank you so much for accepting our insurance and welcoming us. We also received a toothbrush, fluoride toothpaste, and dental floss — thank you for the thoughtful gift and for caring about our child’s dental health. We are looking forward to our next visit with you in 6 months!

We’ve had a great experience with this office. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and wonderful with kids. My son was nervous about going to the dentist at first, but the staff and doctors were so patient and gentle that he quickly became comfortable. The team takes the time to explain things clearly and never makes us feel rushed. They genuinely care about their patients and work hard to make every visit a positive experience. The office is clean, organized, and very kid-friendly. As a parent, it’s reassuring to know my son is receiving excellent care from people who are both skilled and compassionate. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this office to other families looking for a pediatric dentist. Thank you Dr. Neda and team!

We had such a great experience at Totem Lake Pediatric Dentistry! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Doctor Neda is incredibly kid-friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to be attentive and make kids feel comfortable. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The nurse was fantastic as well—kind, patient, and great with kids. What really stood out was the environment—it’s such a fun and welcoming space for children. My kid actually looks forward to going, which says everything about how positive the experience is. Highly recommend.
